  12. NFES NIRSC Items are Supplies Incident to Cache Orders will use S-100,000 to S-199,999. Incident Teams keep track of request numbers. Finance Codes are required Shipping Information is required Incident Record must exist in ROSS before a Direct to Cache request can be created in ICBS New for NFES Supply Orders

  13. Incident to Cache Direct Ordering Incident Replacement Ordering NFES Items are ordered by Unit of Issue, not Standard Pack. No Change for NFES Supply Orders
