  3. This screen allows you to choose how to present in the classroom. The projectors are illustrated as white boxes in this image. By pressing on the “Front Only” image, only the 2 projectors at the front will turn on. By Selecting the “ALL Projectors”, the entire set of projectors will turn on.*NOTE: you will have an option at any time during the presentation to turn on/off any projector.

  4. This is the main screen on the touch panel system. It allows you to select the source you wish to display. If you want to present your laptop on the projectors, press the “Laptop” image on the screen. You will be able to switch to another source if you choose to.

  5. Projectors in the classroom are separated into 2 groups: group A and group B. The projectors for the assigned groups are indicated by the white boxes in the picture. If you would like to use both groups, you must select the source from the Main screen again, and then select the 2nd group. This allows you the option to have up to 2 different sources presenting (example: Laptop on “Group A”, Desktop on “Group B”). You can also have all projectors displaying the same source. *NOTE: Select group A if you need sound during your presentation.

  6. Volume Up Volume Down Volume Mute Microphone On/Off Power Off / Exit The options on the right-hand side of the touch screen allows you to control volume, microphone, and the system power. You have the choice to use the touch screen, or the physical push buttons to control these features. *NOTE: The microphone volume cannot be raised or lowered with the volume controls. The microphone can only be turned on or off.

When you are ready to project the presentation again, touch the icon “Projectors Are Muted”. This is not to be used as a Shutdown method. The projectors will still remain running.

  8. The “Projectors On/Off” icon allows you to choose which projectors to turn on or off. The touch screen represents the classroom layout. Select the projector by pressing the icon to turn it on or off. To return to the previous page, touch the “Go Back” icon

The “Lighting & Shades” icon allows you to control the lights and window blinds in the classroom. *NOTE: Not all rooms have the blind controls. “Toggle Front” controls the presentation lights. “Toggle Main” controls the main lighting throughout the room.
