  7. Improve Quality • Review quarterly PPRNet reports • Revise note templates • Revise Health Maintenance Measures • Results must reflect care delivered

  8. How did we do it? We found ways for all staff to contribute: +Things that just needed data entry were often assigned to the front office staff. +Things needing clinical judgement got assigned to the Medical Assistants. +Staff reward for quota met.
