Lectio Divina – Sacred Reading • Reading (Lectio) – slow down and savour. • Meditation (Meditatio) – attend to deeper meanings. Pay attention to emotions. • Prayer (Oratio) – ask God for illumination about meaning and emotions experienced. • Contemplation (Contemplatio) – beyond words and intellect into communion with God.
