Christianity Monotheistic It is based on the religious teachings of Jesus Christ who was born about 2000 years ago in Bethlehem. Jesus was Jewish and the founder of Christianity .

Religious Beliefs • Jesus was the Son of God sent to Earth to die for our sins • Jesus was Crucified by the Romans (nailed to a cross) • Jesus rose from the dead on the 3rd day. • God is the “Trinity” • Father • Son • Holy Ghost

Judaism • The oldest monotheistic religion • Judaism was founded by Abraham about 4,000 years ago. • God made an agreement with Abraham, he would become the father of a great nation (Judaism)
