PRESUPUESTO 2011 • Después de 3 gestiones anuales, será aprobado luego del análisis de ambas cámaras de la Asamblea Plurinacional. • El incremento de la renta por hidrocarburos del 24% se debería a un mayor precio de valoración del barril de petróleo (70,2 $us/Bbl). • La publicación de los techos presupuestarios 2011 para gobiernos subnacionales es una avance para la transparencia de la información. • Por primera vez se incorpora en el PGN el presupuesto de los 337 municipios. • Incremento del 11% de la inversión pública.
