CONFERENCE RULES REGARDING PHOTO TAKING • NO PHOTO TAKING ALLOWED ANY GROUP SESSION INCLUDING GE DAY • IF ANYONE IS FOUND TO BE TAKING PHOTOS BY ANY MEANS, THE PHOTO TAKING DEVICE WILL BE CONFISCATED AND PHOTOS ERASED PRIOR TO RETURN OF THE DEVICE • THE PERSON TAKING ANY PHOTOS WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE SESSION AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO REMOVAL FROM THE CONFERENCE WITH NO RECOURSE REGARDING REINSTATEMENT AND FULL FORFEITURE OF ALL CONFERENCE FEES AND PRIVILEGES • PHOTOS CAN BE TAKEN AT EVENING EVENTS

Background The Users Group: • set up and controlled by owners and operators of GE 7F/FA units • group has met annually since 1991 • designed to present forum for users to state experiences/problems/corrective measures • provide forum for open and unified discussion opportunity with GE • provide means for direct interface with other users with like/similar applications • provide interface with sponsoring vendors

  6. What this is not • A discussion on the pro’s or con’s of CSA/LTSA with GE or any other vendor • An endorsement of General Electric to perform service on your equipment • A place to discuss any type of Commercial issue

Users Group Mission Statement • To provide an open forum through conferences and technological aids, to the Owners/Operators of General Electric Frame 7F/7H/9F/9H/6FA generator systems for effective communication, discussion, and information dissemination regarding the operation, maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of such systems to maximize equipment performance and reliability.

  10. 2011 7F Users Group • More organization of Vendor Presentations • 2 days of vendor presentations instead of 1 • 118 vendors total • ~60 each night • We have pushed GE for content • focus on the path forward with the 7FA • Address the concerns brought forward from this group

Users Users are asked to: • cooperate in the gathering and exchange of information • provide data and presentations at the conference that exchange problems and experiences that are helpful to all • share information/experiences on questions presented on the website to assist others in problem identification and resolution techniques
