751. Prisoners in Custody • Escape from a federal facility / officer / felony crime: 5 years • Escape from immigration / misdemeanor: 1 year
752. Instigating or Assisting Escape • Assisting a person convicted of a felony: 5 years • Assisting a person convicted of a mis-demeanor / immigration: 1 year
753. Rescue to Prevent Execution Whoever by force rescues a person prior to or during execution: 25 years
755. Officer Permitting Escape • Intentionally allows prisoner to escape: up to 5 years • Negligently suffers a prisoner to escape: 1 year
756. Internee of Belligerent Nation • Any person who aides a member of the military / faction of a belligerent nation to escape from U.S.: up to 5 years
757. Prisoners of War / Enemy Aliens Whoever aides, abets, encourages the escape of a prisoner of war / or who has intelligence thereof: up to 10 years
758. High Speed Escape from Immigration Checkpoint Fleeing from state, local or federal law enforcement / vehicle used / high speed: up to 5 years
