Summary • Ionix Internet is a national ISP that provides full-time Internet connections and hosting services. • The website is outdated and missing information on new products which leads to lost revenue opportunities. • Develop a process that allows Ionix to maintain and update the site easily.(Goal) • Reduce the amount of time it takes to update the website 90% by November 12, 2013.(Goal)
