  6. Examples of Key Findings from Data • Quantitative: Students who enter a program of study (take three classes within the major) within one or two years are more likely to graduate • Qualitative: Students need more structure, advising, and orientation and that it should be mandatory.

  7. Removing Silos through Cross-Cutting Conversations Engaged with approximately 1,500 faculty and staff and 1,000 students • CbD added to existing meeting agendas • Focus Groups and Surveys
