As they are new they have no recognition of the email system you should make it simple and easy to use, you should also include the following: • Technical • Setting up an account • Creating a mailing list • Non-technical • Reading emails • Staying safe • Adding contacts • Sending an email • You are to provide evidence of any spelling/grammar corrections that may occur. • Insert in the header • First Name • Surname • ICT group – 11xIT3 • Unit number – Unit 1 • Insert to the footer • Page number • Proof check, spell check and screen shot your evidence.
