  2. Validating OSF in FY09 • A FIMS standard report will be developed to extract the OSF Random Sample • #080 Random OSF Generator (FRPC Data Validation) • It will function just like the current standard report #070 Random Building Generator (FRPC Data Validation)

  3. Validating OSF in FY09 • For FY09 since OSF will be validated separately from the Building/Real Property Trailers, a new Validation form will be developed specifically for the OSF • It will be available for download from the FIMS website

  4. Validating OSF in FY09 • Differences between an OSF validation and the Building/Real Property Trailer validation • The OSF Primary Qty and also the OSF Secondary Qty where applicable will be validated • This replaces the Gross Sqft data element validated for Buildings/Real Property Trailer

  5. Validating OSF in FY09 • Differences between an OSF validation and the Building/Real Property Trailer validation • The following data elements are not validated for OSF and will not be on the OSF Validation form • Net Usable Sqft • Status Utilization • RPV Model • Site Factor • RPV Flag

  6. Validating OSF in FY09 • FIMS Validation Course • Two classes will be scheduled for the second quarter of FY09 • Location, dates and details will be announced this fall
