2. RELATIONSHIPS Thinking Level 2 “traditionalistic thinking” Over functioning: All about teamwork at the costs of results Under functioning: Disregards the importance of people coming together and forming the team to achieve results Functional: Accepted as part of a community that contributes

POWER Thinking Level 3 “egocentric thinking” Over functioning: Over reliance on dominance and power over others No initiative, constantly waiting to be told, and even when they’ve done it once, has to be told again for next time Under functioning: Functional: Uses ability to influence and give certainty and a path forward for others to follow.

SYSTEMS Thinking Level 4 “absolutistic thinking” Over functioning: Over reliance on systems at the expense of thinking Disregards protocols and sees themselves independent of the norms and ethos of the business Under functioning: Functional: Uses structure to drive home replicable and sustainable practices
