Target Audience Portraiture – The target audience is usually emotional females aged 25-65 as men do not tend to invest in this type of photography and people usually invest in this type of photography for emotional reasons. Photojournalism – Photojournalism is are images that are usually found in different news story, this means that each image has a different target audience for each article has the image has to reinforce the information and capture the readers. For example, subjects about the army will be more interesting to soldiers. However people usually stop and view a magazine or a newspaper if it affects their lives, so the main target audience for this type of photography is the local community. The age group varies for each article. Action Photography – The target audience for action photography is usually people who are interested in sports, as this is the most popular type of action photography. The target audience for each image would be the person interested in the sport for example, the target audience for an image of a football match would be football fans and so on. The target audience would be males interested in sports aged 15-60.

Target Audience Aerial Photography – The target audience for aerial photography may be pilots or other people who are working in the aerial field or people who are generally just interested in planes. The target audience would probably be males aged 18-50 and females aged 20-48. Underwater Photography - The target audience for underwater photography are people who are interested in marine biology or sea life in general. The target audience is probably aged 24-46 for both males and females. Wedding Photography – The target audience for wedding photography is people who are interested in weddings. The age group in this is usually females aged 22-30 and males aged 24-30. Travel Photography- the people who are most interested in this is usually families and perhaps a couple planning a holiday. The target audience is usually males and females aged 30+. Advertising Photography – The target Audience for this greatly varies, as each advert is directed towards a different target audience. The target audience is would rage from males and females aged 8-54.

My Ideas My first mask idea is a renaissance doctor mask and the object is a candle that he will hold in his hand as they used to during renaissance times or a plastic knife to show that they know about surgery. He could also be holding an apple in his hand to show that he is inspecting food. The purpose of this is to be used in advertisements to show that the product is doctor approved or to advertise a renaissance related event such as a renaissance fair. The target audience would be young professionals who are married or single aged 18-40 and empty nesters. My second mask idea is a turkey mask holding a fork in it’s hand. The purpose of this is thanksgiving and to get people interested. The target audience for this is could perhaps be soldiers returning from Afghanistan as America is Britain’s closest ally and the soldiers perhaps spent a good deal of time of US soldiers.

My Ideas explained My market research helped me understand that soldiers are interested in the army and British soldiers may come back and had some time to bond with American soldiers so they have a better understanding of thanksgiving and they will share this information to friends and family who may want to celebrate this American holiday.
