  2. Dear Friends,   Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ! We trust and pray that you all had a blessed year in 2001. It was truly an amazing and blessed year in the Mures Valley. On behalf of all of the Mission team in Romania and the Brocks we thank you so much for allowing the Lord to use you through your prayers and encouragement, as well as your financial and material support, to make this the best year we have ever experienced. We especially thank those who have followed the Macedonian call by going to Romania with us to serve the Lord; ministering to these dear people.

  3. Statistics from 2001 • A total of 1,136 meetings including those held when Americans were visiting. • The total attendance for those meetings for the year was 55,790. • Of those attending 35% or 19,580 were lost.

  4. There were: • 91 decisions to follow Christ! • 30 were baptized during the year! • 300 children’s meetings with a total attendance for 2001 of 8,778 kids! • 8 women’s meetings with 216 attending. • 4,515 visits to families. • 243 individuals given medical care. • Financial help was given to 183 families.

  5. The best statistic of all is….. The Gospel was presented 32,940 times to non-believers!

  16. Plans for 2002 • Continued development of worship locations. • Cuios • Grosi • Valea Mare • And others……

  17. Mission Expansion • Continued plans to reach villages where the Word is not delivered. • Youth Camp expansion into other villages. • Cultivation and spiritual growth of Missions personnel.

  18. Trips Planned for 2002 • Pre-planned purposes for each trip. • Attempts to give each of you the opportunity to utilize talents, skills and burdens. • Best efforts will be done to accommodate your heart’s desire. • Contact the MV Mission if there is something special you would like to do.

  19. 2002 Trip Dates • February 26-March 6, 2002: evangelism, children and youth. Cost: $1275 • July 4-July 17, 2002: kids Bible camps, youth retreat. Cost $1775 • September 9-September 17, 2002: evangelism, construction, mini-camps for kids. Cost $1675 • November 12-November 20, 2002: Leadership conference, evangelism.
