Looking Forward to What’s New New All cookie packages will have an expiration date stamped on the end of the package top New Using an App on their Smartphone, customers can download recipes by scanning the QR Code located Girl Cookie Order Cards
IMPORTANT DATES January 13 – Door-to-Door Girl Scout Cookie Program begins (DO NOT START EARLIER THAN THIS DATE) January 30 – Door-to-Door sale ends (Girls continue to take pre-orders) __________ - Order cards due to TCM February 20 - 25 – Cookie Delivery to troops February 24 – March 23 – Direct/Cookie Booth sale _______ - TCM will give deadline date to have everything turned in
Be A Goal Getter • www.abcsmartcookies.com • click on Girls (COOKIEZONE) • Girls can set and track their personal goals • Promote cookies to friends, family members and previous customers by sending emails (using group email address or address of parent/guardian) • Girls can send e-cards by logging in or creating a new account in CookieZone and clicking Online Cookie Marketing • Girls may earn the Goal Getter patch by participating in this activity (girls must present a certificate to Troop Cookie Manager at the end of Cookie Program)

Troop Base Proceeds *Troop base proceeds cannot be changed after initial order deadline.
GIRL RECOGNITIONS gssccookies.org, Girls Order Card and Cookie Gram for Girl Scout families • Troops that select the $.43 per package troop base proceeds will receive recognitions and patches. • Troops that select $.48 per package, an option for older girls, will receive patches only and cookie dough (excluding double cookie dough)

SAFETY GUIDELINESwww.girlscouts.org • All girls selling must be a registered Girl Scout • Girls must be accompanied by adults at all times • Sell door-to-door only during daylight hours • Do not enter the home of a stranger or approach customers in cars
SAFETY GUIDELINES • Do not carry large amounts of cash • Girls should never give out her phone number and address to strangers • Minimum of two adults must be present at all times when girls are at a cookie booth
COOKIE BOOTHS www.gssccookies.org under Resources • Troops set up at certain businesses to sell Girl Scout cookies directly to the customers (after TCM has gone through SUCM) • Each girl and parent must sign a Cookie Etiquette Contract (if participating in a booth sale)
COOKIE BOOTHS • Have at least two girls and two adults on site at all times. NO ADULT-ONLY BOOTHS. • Girls should do the selling and be identifiable as Girl Scouts wearing a membership pin, official uniform or other Girl Scout clothing
