Maximising the Value of Perspectives 360 • Objectives: • By the end of this workshop, you will be able to: • Explain the principles and design of 360 assessment and Perspectives 360 • Describe the benefits of P360 to employers, managers and potential P360 Facilitators • Set up and administer a P360 assessment exercise • Provide managers with feedback based upon their P360 report • Prepare to train potential P360 Facilitators
Maximising the Value of Perspectives 360 Perspectives 360 – some facts: Unlike many online 360 degree assessment products, Perspectives 360 has been around for some time. It was developed in 2001 to research the skill needs of managers. Perspective 360 was originally called Management Perspectives. The name changed in 2009 because there are now many different Editions including Manager, Public Sector Leadership, Business Advisor and Assessor.
Maximising the Value of Perspectives 360 Project Aim: To transfer the use of a 360 degree management skills assessment tool, Perspectives 360, from the UK to 5 European countries: Greece, Slovenia, Lithuania, Romania and Ireland.
Maximising the Value of Perspectives 360 Project Objectives: To adapt and transfer the 360 skill assessment tool for use with SMEs managers in Ireland, Lithuania, Slovenia, UK, Greece & Romania. To field test/evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the assessment tool with 300 SME managers in Partner countries. To conduct a comparative analysis of the skills of SME managers in Partner countries. To publish a set of national management skills benchmarking reports.
Maximising the Value of Perspectives 360 Project Objectives: To disseminate the project results to stakeholders across Europe. To establish the European Management Skills Benchmarking Database. To develop a strategy to create a network of Perspectives 360 assessment
