Please make sure your content employs Arial font. • Porting content from previous presentations will likely require reformatting of your content. See the next slide for conversion notes. • This is an Office 2010 version. If you are using a version prior to Office 2010, you should contact IT and upgrade to 2010.

Converting presentations to the new template NoteApplying this presentation as a .pot template design (the most common method) often brings in the previous slide master artwork and you will need to edit the master slides • Open this presentation AND old presentation • Select slides from old in slide sorter, and copy them • Switch to this presentation and paste in slide sorter • FOR EACH SLIDE, check that correct master is used. If not, apply the correct master. • Click reset Check layout Click “reset”
