The Amendment • WHY IT WAS NECESSARY THE PROCEDURE OF AMENDMENT? • Termination of a party’s participation - due to its non-accession to the grant agreement, EKOGUMA has been removed from the list of the Associations taking part to the project; • Accession of new parties – BPF and ND . • WHAT’S CHANGED? • The composition of the Consortium – reinforcement of the consortium (and of the project) in terms of skills, experience, prestige, dissemination .... What else? • The Budget – a new budget breakdown ( see section A3 of the DoW); • The share of the IPRs – a new foreground management (see tables of the Part B of the DoW); • The CA – modifications made on the Addendum; • The DoW –official version dated 18/01/2013. • STATE OF THE ART • Amendment accepted by the REA and closed. 1° Year Meeting - Rome
