Adjust the height of your chair so that your feet are flat on the floor ; if this is not possible, use a footrest to avoid dangling of the feet.
Make sure you have a comfortable seat pan that fits and swivels.
If the chair cannot offer adequate back support, you may place a rolled towel or lumbar cushion between the small of your back and the chair.
Position the top of the monitor at or just below the eye level.
Place the computer monitor perpendicular to the window or light source.
Check if your arms are parallel to the floor when working with the keyboard.
While taking a break, gently move your neck, shoulders and hands through their range of motion.
Focus on a distant object periodically to relax your eyes. • Blink Often.
Break up computer work with other tasks (proofreading a hard copy, writing, Etc.)
