Industrial material test applications: • Testing polished, broken and raw surface of metals and ceramic by quantitative microscopy. • Online quality control different objects on production line.
Biomedical applications: • Tumor diagnostic and prognostic system based on analysis DNA content of cells. • Immune histo-chemical measurements. • Morphological evaluations of FISH (Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization) samples. • Analysis of MRI images of brain. • Finding correlation between human drug-allergy and chromatin content of blood cells.
Application on the field of materials research and industry: • Morphology of different silicon products, porosity, defects, etc • Morphology of nano-tubes. • Detection of nuclear tracks of high energy particles. • Analysis of electron microscopic images.
Military application • Development of algorithm and model for adaptive target tracking and recognition, joint project with Ministry of Defense Technology Office.
