  4. Why? • CRMs do things Drupal doesn’t • Some CRMs do things other CRMs don’t • Hard to synchronize info between CRMs • Annoying to write one module multiple times

  5. Advantages • No need to know the API details of component CRMs • Look and feel consistent with Drupal style • Use each CRM for what it’s best at.
