This study analyzes how the distribution of intrinsic absorbing column (NH) in AGN depends on source flux, using Chandra spectra data. Uncertainties are estimated for accurate and poor measurements of NH, utilizing a method to calculate distribution and confidence limits. The developed approach captures the flux dependence of NH distribution and provides insights into obscured and unobscured AGN populations.
