  1. Active Living: Kentucky Perspectives May 8, 2003

Eleven Community Planning Workshops were held during May, June and July. • Purpose: To engage potential partner/collaborator organizations in planning activities that would further define “what” should be the focus of the FHKY’s mission related to “unmet health-care needs of Kentuckians.” Community Planning Workshops

  3. Workshops were held in 10 communities: • Paducah (pilot site) • Madisonville • Somerset • Hazard • Morehead • Louisville (2) • Lexington • Owensboro • Hazard • Bowling Green Methodology

  4. All workshops used a standard format and modified Delphi process to generate consistent information that could be prioritized into recommendations of focus areas. • Recommendations from each workgroup were recorded and analyzed. Methodology
