Eleven Community Planning Workshops were held during May, June and July. • Purpose: To engage potential partner/collaborator organizations in planning activities that would further define “what” should be the focus of the FHKY’s mission related to “unmet health-care needs of Kentuckians.” Community Planning Workshops
Workshops were held in 10 communities: • Paducah (pilot site) • Madisonville • Somerset • Hazard • Morehead • Louisville (2) • Lexington • Owensboro • Hazard • Bowling Green Methodology
All workshops used a standard format and modified Delphi process to generate consistent information that could be prioritized into recommendations of focus areas. • Recommendations from each workgroup were recorded and analyzed. Methodology

The Health Resources and Services Administration has compiled statewide measures for Risk Factors for Premature Death from Kentucky’s Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System. Kentucky Risk Factors
