  4. General Conclusions • 1. What are the environmental factors that you should take care to maintain your health? I should avoid polluted environments and stressful environments. I should get away from bad social environments, keep away from risky situations.

  5. 2. What behavior factors should you take care of? Having a balanced diet, exercise regularly, avoid smoking, alcohol and drugs consuming, having time to relax, sleep well. • 3. What are the main methods of prevention must identify about your current health and your family trend?Controlling the nutrients of my diet and having good habits so I avoid obesity, hypertension, cardiopathies, diabetes and other chronic diseases.

Personal tendency and prevention • Tendencies: obesity, diabetes, cancer (skin and bones). • Exercise recommended for pre-diabetics: An ideal exercise session for pre-diabetics should consist of about 10-20 min. of stretching and muscle strength, aerobic warm-up 5 min. (light running), 15-60 min. of aerobic exercise at an appropriate intensity and 5-10 minutes of low intensity exercise to end sports. The most recommended sports are walking, running and cycling.

  7. Personal tendency and prevention • Diet recommended: According to the site Menshealth.com there are 12 foods that help control diabetes. These products are capable of stabilizing the levels of blood sugar and help protect the heart. • 1. Apples. • 2. Cinnamon • 3. Citrus Fruits. • 4. Cold-water fish. • 5. Foods rich in fiber. • 6. Pulses. • 7. Green tea. • 8. Nuts. • 9. Greens vegetables • 10. Chocolate. • 11. Meat. • 12. Vinegar.

  8. Personal tendency and prevention • Restrict consumption of fast foods and sugary soft drinks. Excessive consumption of fat and sugar can lead to overweight. When you are overweight, you are more likely to develop type 2 diabetes. Try to reduce the consumption of fast foods with high fat and sugary drinks, like soda, juice and iced tea. • Measure periodically the glucose levels in blood.
