Oregon Life Safety Team Strategic Plan • OLST prioritizes efforts through their Strategic Plan 1. Maintain, support and expand smoke alarm programs (Vision 20/20 strategy 2) 2. Increase home fire escape planning efforts 3. Increase home fire sprinkler awareness 4. Target high risk populations for fire prevention and life safety education (Vision 20/20 strategy 4) 5. Oregon Life Safety Team Sub-Committees • The OLST utilizes a sub-committee structure to accomplish projects • Campus Fire Safety • Educational Messages • Home Fire Safety • Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarms • Water Safety (run independently by interested members) • Other temporary committees as needed • Members are welcome to participate on any sub-committees that interest them
