  3. Basic Elements of Project • Clear and grub all effected areas • Earthwork for expansion of the existing dry detention area stabilize with Bahia Sod • Construct of approx. 109 spaces w/ 2 HC • Construct Sidewalks • Wheel stops and pavement markings (thermoplastic) • All signage

  5. Dry detention & berm expansion and relocation • Additional detention area is to be constructed max 3:1 slope stabilized with Bahia sod • Minimum impact to site location • Save natives where possible • Maintain buffers • Estimated Approx. 8000 CY of Fill (zero cut fill)
