It is essential for us to have a sparkling white and healthy looking gums and teeth. Because these factors do not only imply that our mouth is healthy but it also shows that our overall health is in great condition. Although the majority of us have the same goal on our oral health, we cannot deny the fact that many are still negligent and does not really care about their oral health.

For those who cannot eat a raw onion alone, they could mix it up with their salad.
Fibrous Foods (Celery and Apples) These foods are rich with water due to this they can easily stimulate saliva production which minimizes the presence of bacteria in the mouth.
