  9. Spring Financial Aid Timeline October 2015 Students – Application deadline is October 7; commitment deadline is October 12. Mid-November 2015 Office of Student Financial Aid – Automatically creates a financial aid award to reflect the costs of your study abroad program. Students will receive an email when Spring financial aid awards are ready to review on AccessPlus. December 2015 Students – Apply for additional loans, if needed, to cover program expenses. January 2016 Financial aid applies to Iowa State University U-Bill.
