Challenges in naming PFGE patterns * PFGE patterns are images but we name the patterns in PulseNet as they are uploaded to us. * However, there are different PulseNet networks that use PFGE and it is impossible to harmonize the naming of new patterns across networks in real-time, and * The number of patterns is dynamic, i.e., constantly increasing.
