Dubai Logistics City highlights • Dubai Logistics City and DXB Airport will be linked by a dedicated corridor • Road to DLC for air cargo shuttle • Light rail to JXB for passenger transfer • DLC cargo shuttle enables forwarders to operate from DLC only: • Shuttle will operate like a Road Feeder Service, thus DLC will handle DXB cargo the same way as JXB cargo • Any cargo labeled “JXB” will arrive at DLC terminal • Service will be bonded around the clock for full pallets and loose cargo • Forwarders can build/break pallets for both JXB and DXB locations

DLC cargo terminals • Cargo terminals with low mechanization for maximum flexibility • Phase 1 with focus on cargo aircraft • Direct access to terminals only for forwarders located in Jebel Ali; no walk-on traffic • Dedicated facilities for perishables and sea-air • Maximum capacity 12+ million tons p.a.
