Implementation • Still early days • The Directive is being ‘tested’ • Clarification of rules and procedureswelcomed • Status of ISA varies
Next steps • Publication of a detailed study on implementation of the Directive • At the same time, Commission will issue a report on the results of the Directive • Not a legislative proposal • Highlights areas possibly requiring action in the future
