  19. Let’s divide the large group into four groups according following topics: 按照下面的论题分成 4 组进行讨论: 1). Strategy, staffing, funding and management 战略,员工,资金和管理 2). Technology infrastructure: hardware, software, preservation, etc 技术基础结构: 硬件,软件,长期保存, 等等 3). Standard and policy: metadata, interoperability, etc. 标准和政策: 元数据, 互通性,等等 4). Public access and discovery: interface, search, usability etc. 公众获取与查询: 界面, 搜索, 可访性,等等 You choose which group you’d like to join by selecting which topic you are mostly interested 你可以根据你最感兴趣的论题来选择你想参加小组,进行讨论.   20. Elect a discussion facilitator, and a note taker for each group 请每组选出一个讨论的组织者,和一个记录员 Use the recommendation template and case study questions, but not limited to them 参考问题, 但不要局限于此.
