  4. F U N Fun and motivation. Humor and surprising elements. Don’t forget the learning message.

  5. V A R I E T Y …of media, resources and activities.

  6. C H O I C E Let the learner choose between the medias and resources etc.

  7. SOCIAL INTERACTION …trough group discussion, group work, group activities.

  8. E R R O R T O L E R A N C E Importance to accept errors as a part of learning process. Not be followed by demoralizing punishments.

  9. M E A S U R E M E N T Nothing is more motivating in sports and games than scorekeeping, but not much appreciated while learning. Measuring according to personal development and steps – not measured through errors made.

  10. C H A L L E N G E Appropriate level of difficulty. …not trivial, not unreachable.

  11. F E E D B A C K Positive and constructive. Point out strengths than weaknesses.

  12. R E C O G N I T I O N Through the supervisor.
