Case: Male 75 year old Scan: Stress – 16.4 mCi 99m Tc Tetrofosmin Rest – 20.5 mCi 201 Tl Tetrofosmin. Indication: Chest pain on exercise Dx: Left ventricular EF (rest) aprox. 60%. Normal wall motion. Small reversible defect laterally in the basal part of the left ventricle.
