Voice Over CAT • We’ve been selling Voice over DSL, Voice over FTAS, Voice over Fiber Builds and now Voice over CAT • Value Added Reseller (VAR) Agreement with Time Warner Cable • CornerStone sells, provisions, bills and provides customer service and repair • Time Warner Cable technician installs the circuit • CornerStone’s value add: • Customer has all voice, Internet and POTS lines on one CornerStone bill and receives CornerStone Customer Service • Business continuity services are available

Business Lines Over CAT • Target prospects who have: • POTS lines or use VoIP service • Single line desk phones or small phone systems • Service includes: • Internet access bandwidth (price varies by speed) • $24.95 voice, includes unlimited domestic calls • Optional copper/POTS for fax, alarm lines, credit card, etc. • Business Continuity services • Call re-route for main business line • Virtual fax line • Web-based Desktop Command

PRI Over CAT • Target prospects who: • Have or want T1/PRI with DIDs • Service includes: • Internet access bandwidth (price varies by speed) • PRI Port charge • NAC • Optional copper/POTS for fax, alarms, credit card, etc. • Business Continuity services • DID call re-route – a unique route for each DID • Virtual fax line • Web-based Desktop Command
