Challenges to UNESCO and member states • Adequate facilitating API , bridging technological gaps, • Facing the mere amount of information growth – 2013: 3 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 = 3x1021 = 3 ZB “Zettabytes” • Recognising and supporting linguistic and cultural diversity by digitisation of analogue information
