What is available to brokers? POSTAL • All postal data, regardless of origin, is sent to subscription bureau • Every form checked and manually inputted onto the system according to status (i.e.. Are they an active subscriber or a competition entrant?). • At the same time, they are flagged as either non-mailable, mailable, or mailable and saleable (i.e. Have they opted-out of receiving third party offers?). • List Rental can only sell those records that are mailable and saleable. (i.e. Haven’t opted-out of third party offers). EMAIL • Every registered user is asked whether they wish to receive third party offers. Only these are available for rental. • Each email sent out has an automatic unsubscribe link, which is effective immediately • All emailshots are clear and up-front as to why the person has received that message
