  12. Courseware Development • Close contact with POC and AC • Review each module with AC • Be sensitive to customer “wants” • In-house presentation and review

  13. Prototype Presentation • Present to POC, AC, select SMEs. • Utilize media and materials in courseware setting (U) • Require learner participation and check against intent (R) • Evaluate and revise to match objectives to customer’s intent (E)

  14. Evaluation Standards • Task / objective statement • Conditions statement • Standards statement (measurable) • Must be valid
