This initiative identifies health factors in Isanti County, prioritizes mental health and social connectedness issues, engages stakeholders, and develops strategies for improvement over 3 years. GOAL: Support the community in promoting and enhancing meaningful social relationships and work to increase social connectedness across all stages and ages of life • OBJECTIVES: • Create a plan to support existing activities that build social connection • Support and create new activities that promote a sense of community spirit and belonging • Support local efforts to engage more people in community volunteering and citizenship activities Lack of Social Connection
