  3. Messages Sent • 7.1M in the last year not through VIP mail or Brief • 2.1M VIP/Brief in last 90 days • ~15.5M+ messages in last year • Many, many large, one-time and multiple use/short term lists have been deleted

  4. Mailings sent • 4,228+ (non-test) mailings to non-VIP, non-Brief groups in the last year • 102 VIP/Brief mailings in last 90 days • Estimate 4,630 mailings in last year (not accounting for reduced VIP and Brief in summer and deleted lists)

  5. How much are we tracking? • 4,352 mailings considered • 1,331 have at least some clickthrough tracking for 30.6% tracked • How are decisions being made for the other 69.4%? • What’s been done with information already gathered?

  6. WWW Publishing Policy • Separate from the recently approved, in-review-period branding policy • University Relations is investigating inclusion of core e-mail requirements into official policy

  7. Privacy statement • Still in progress • University Relations and Office of Information Technology meeting due to ownership and other issues • Will be in new templates and generically branded (not for any campus or unit)
