DIA’s Mission DIA is first in all source intelligence to prevent strategic surprise and deliver decision advantage to warfighters, defense planners, and policymakers. We deploy globally alongside the warfighter and interagency partners to defend America’s national security interest. Office of Small Business Programs’ Mission Provide Small Businesses maximum practicable opportunities to participate in the contracting process both at the prime and subcontracting level.

Other Opportunities • Needipedia – DIA issuing a BAA to solicit innovative ideas from industry and academia in respect to key knowledge areas. DIAMentor Protégé Program (MPP) Program assist small businesses (protégés) to successfully compete for prime contracts and subcontract awards by partnering with larger companies and successful SBs (mentors).
