Objectives of the NETWATCH Platform Information: to create a system for the collection of accurate and validated information on national R&D programmes and their transnational collaboration Analysis: to build an intelligence service on the impact of ERA-NETs that is able to provide timely and relevant analysis to policy stakeholders Mutual Learning: to foster mutual learning through good practice examples and the use of web based collaboration tools Presentation of results: to make examples of information, analysis and best practice available to R&D actors, programme and policy stakeholders 2
