  6. Right Foot Toss & Catch ¼ squat position Catch with passing platform

  7. Left Foot Toss & Catch If your partner easily maintains balance Toss high/low Toss left/right

  8. Heel-toe Block Joust Right Partner of similar height/strength Strong core Don’t shrug shoulders

  9. Heel-toe Block Joust Left Challenge your partner Should lose balance once or twice in 30 seconds

  10. 2 Arm Bounce & Catch Feet on ground Explosive & powerful

  11. 1 Arm Bounce & Catch Hold ball in both hands Power through Spinal rotation

  12. 1 Arm Throw to Chest Level Hold ball in both hands Hips stay square (forward)

  13. 2 Hand High Toss & Swing Toss high, contact high Generate power through spinal rotation

  14. On-court warm-up complete may continue toss & swing practice for a couple minutes, transition into pepper or warm-up games
