How to use software Download software anywhere in computer. Extract /unzip it. A new folder create in you pc. Open it there show following files as display below. Then click on lib.exe for run software Note: if you have windows 7 operating system you require small setup file. Its pick from bottom of software list from website pearlsoftech.com/download/ or call 9166023322 In software folder click on this icon. The login windows appear Common commands: Shortcuts available for all buttons like ”Save” use Alt+s for this shortcut (Underline word with alt button) F-7 Convert any report/grid into excel there you can any modify/print them.

Import from Excel: If we have already exists borrower/books/journal list in excel, we add it in software, first check it data.xls file (excel file) exists in same folder. Open it, it has three sheet, books, student, Journal. Paste/fill entries in these sheets and close file. (use “/” or “-” in date, ‘ or “ not use in excel sheet, check spelling of Student/Faculty/other/Journal and paste then in category columns) Then click list that you import from excel for book select “All book list” or borrower list select “all borrower list” from combo box and “Other List” for journal/Magazine, then click “Import from excel”. Its show imported record from excel in grid. (Its show wrong records in bar and show two button also) (Delete All Records : Its delete all available record. (you use if your available data is wrong or session is change) On select “All book list” same as “All borrower list”. Its only asked first “how many records you want to process”. You enter count of excel books record here. If not remember enter more record then. Add Records : Its add grid entries to database
