If the Item was Lot Controlled then the next prompt would be the Lot Number. Function Keys F5=Inventory Inquiry 3) Enter the Quantity to Adjust. A negative number would be entered as -3705 Function Keys F2=Calculator F5=Inventory Inquiry ¹ See the Rules for Entering/Scanning Unit Ids and Item numbers.

  2. Adjustment (Continued) 4) 4) The Transaction Accepted with the “IA” number will be displayed for 2 seconds.
