Patrol Types • Preventive Patrol- patrolling streets with little direction to try and prevent crime. • Directed Patrol- Patrolling under guidance or orders on how to use patrol time • Is this considered Profiling? Extortion- threat to arrest without bribe • 3. Favoritism- giving breaks on law enforcement • 4. Mooching- accept free food
