Do volunteers or programs know youth's names or where they are at on their spiritual journey? • Follow up for life long discipleship (mentor) plugged into a local church community • Volunteers are communicating names and have relational ministry, if a youth attends two different programs the volunteers know that and are aware of their story and what has been talked about and/or promised
