SPF Lesson 7 - Quiz Step 1 Step 4 • Create a sub-site • Named “HR” as a Team Site • Create a Document library (with versioning enabled) • Named “Training Material” • Create a new column • Named “Material Type” as a Lookup data type • Lookup to Training Material Type list using the Title column • Add 4 documents to the library • Associate 2 documents to Helpdesk • Associate 1 document to Office 2010 • Associate 1 document to Phone • Create a View • Named “Helpdesk Training Material” • Displaying only Training Material associated to Helpdesk Step 2 • Create an Announcement list • Named “News” • Add a new column • Named “Region” as a Choice data type • Choices: Northeast, Northwest, Southwest, Southeast • Add in 3 Items • Associate Northeast region to 2 items • Associate Southeast region to 1 item • Create a View • Named “Northeast News” • Displaying on the News items associated to the Northeast region Step 5 • Create a Wiki Page in the Site Pages library • Named “Northeast Helpdesk” • Select Layout to be “Header & 2 Columns” • Add in Header text welcoming users to the Northeast Helpdesk page • Add a web part to display Northeast News in the left column • Change the name of the web part to state “Northeast News” • Add a web part to display the Helpdesk Training Material in the right column • Change the name of the web part to state “Training Material” • Save & Close the page Step 3 • Create a Custom list • Named “Training Material Type” • Add in items: Helpdesk, Office 2010, Phone
