  6. Wash face. Moisturize face. Using a wedge sponge, apply foundation all over face, blending into neck. Using a powder puff powder down. Line eyes with black or brown liner pencil. Apply shadow on eyelids. Apply blush or highlight on cheekbones. Apply lip color with brush. Powder down face. Basic Corrective Makeup
